In accordance with subparagraph 3 of paragraph 2 of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Mass Media," and by order of the Acting Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 525-NA on November 6, 2024, titled "On Approval of the Standard Methodology for Determining the Cost of Services Purchased for the Implementation of State Information Policy in the Media at the Regional Level" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 35356), the Akimat of Kyzylorda region DECIDES:
1. To approve the attached methodology for determining the cost of services purchased for the implementation of the state order for the state information policy in Kyzylorda region.
2. To assign control over the implementation of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of Kyzylorda region.
3. This resolution shall come into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
