In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on April 6, 2016 "On Legal Acts" and Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 26, 2019 " About protection and utilization of sites of historical and cultural heritage", the Akimat of Kyzylorda Region DECIDES:
1. Approve the attached state list of historical and cultural monuments of local significance in Kyzylorda region.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Kyzylorda Regional Akimat dated May 4, 2020 No. 28 "On approval of the state list of historical and cultural monuments of local significance in Kyzylorda region" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No.7411).
3. The State Institution "Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of Kyzylorda Region" shall take measures arising from this resolution.
4. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the supervising deputy akim of the Kyzylorda region.
5. The resolution will take effect ten calendar days after its initial publication.
