Within the framework of the measures of state support for private entrepreneurship, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 17, 2024 No.754, KZT 9 billion was considered in 2024, for 10 months of 2024, financial support has been provided to 1450 projects of small and medium-sized businesses. In particular,
1. KZT 7.9 billion was allocated to subsidize the interest rate on loans to small and medium-sized businesses, including KZT 5 billion from the republican budget and KZT 2.9 billion from the local budget.
Over the 10 months of 2024, subsidy agreements were concluded for 852 projects for a loan portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses of KZT 29.5 billion.
2. KZT 1.1 billion was allocated for partial guarantees on loans to small and medium-sized businesses, including KZT 840 million from the republican budget and KZT 319 million from the local budget.
Since the beginning of the year, guarantee agreements have been concluded for 582 projects for a loan portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses of KZT 15.2 billion.
3. State grants for the implementation of business ideas were provided to 14 projects of social entrepreneurship entities and winners of the project "one village - one product" in the amount of KZT 69.1 million.
4. For the connection of the engineering infrastructure network to 2 business facilities, KZT 418.9 million were allocated from the local budget, including:
- KZT 169.4 million for the connection of water and electricity supply to the project "irrigated land plot in the Kazaly district" of JSC "RZA";
- KZT 148.9 million for the connection of electricity supply to the project "sowing agricultural grain crops in the Shieli district" of LLP "Tan LTD".
