In accordance with Articles 14-, 33 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Rules for the Registration and Issuance of Absentee Voting Certificates, approved by the Resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 8, 2009 No. 161/306 and based on the protocol of the Kyzylorda Regional Election Commission No. 136 dated November 11, 2024, the Kyzylorda Regional Election Commission DECIDES:
1. To produce absentee voting certificates for the right to vote during the elections of the akim of the Sapak rural district of the Aralsk district, scheduled for December 1, 2024, in the amount of 5 (five) pieces.
2. The Aralsk District Election Commission shall distribute and transfer absentee voting certificates to precinct election commissions no later than November 15, 2024.
3. This resolution shall be sent to the Aralsk District Electoral Commission and posted on the website of the Regional Electoral Commission.
