In accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Republican Referendum", Articles 24, 25 and 26 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" on the basis of the joint resolution of the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 16, 2024 No. 41/51 and the order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 17, 2024 No. 559 / NK, the Kyzylorda Regional Referendum Commission DECIDES:
1. To determine the list of members of precinct referendum commissions to gain access to the online service for checking information at the place of registration of citizens on the "electronic government" portal for the republican referendum scheduled for October 6, 2024, in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution to the territorial referendum commissions of the region and post on the Internet page of the regional referendum commission.
