In accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On republican referendum” with Articles 24,25 and 26 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and based on joint resolution of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated on September 16, 2024 No.41/52, with Decision of Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and the Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 17,2024 No.697, the Kyzylorda Regional Referendum Commission DECIDES and the Office of the Akim of Kyzylorda region ORDERS:
1.To determine the referendum sites of the city of Kyzylorda in accordance with the annex to this resolution for the accommodation of employees of a non-profit joint stock company «State corporation «Government for citizens» on the implementation of the reception of citizens for registration in the republican referendum, scheduled for October 6, 2024.
2.Kyzylorda city referendum commission to ensure the control of compliance of the district commissions with the algorithm for registration of citizens at the addresses of the referendum districts in the republican referendum scheduled for 6 October 2024.
3. This joint resolution and order shall be sent to the territorial election commission of the city of Kyzylorda and placed on the website of the Kyzylorda regional commission for the referendum.
