In accordance with Article 22, Part 1 of Article 29 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Republican Referendum", paragraph 6-1) of Article 41 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Resolution of the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 16, 2024 No. 41/50 "On certain issues of issuance and accounting of certificates for the right to vote in the republican referendum dated for 6 October 2024" and based on the minutes of the meeting of the regional referendum commission No. 119 dated September 16, 2024, the Kyzylorda Regional Referendum Commission DECIDES:
1. To establish that the number of absentee voting certificates for the right to hold a republican referendum dated for October 6, 2024 is 4924 (four thousand nine hundred twenty-four) pieces, amounting to one percent of the total number citizens of the Kyzylorda region included in the unified electronic Register of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan entitled to vote in the republican referendum, in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.
2. To designate the printing house of the individual entrepreneur "Kyzylorda Kanagaty", located in the city of Kyzylorda, for the production of absentee ballots for the right to vote.
3. The territorial referendum commissions shall distribute and transfer absentee ballots for the right to vote to the precinct referendum commissions no later than September 19, 2024.
4. This resolution shall be sent to the individual entrepreneur "Kyzylorda Kanagaty", the accounting and reporting department of the Akim's Office of the Kyzylorda region, the territorial referendum commissions of the region and shall be posted on the website of the regional referendum commission.
