In accordance with subparagraphs 1) and 2) of paragraph 1 of Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Republican Referendum" and based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 2, 2024 No. 636 "On holding a republican referendum on October 6, 2024", the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the attached calendar plan outlining the main events for preparing and conducting the republican referendum set for October 6, 2024.
2. The territorial referendum commissions are responsible for preparing and conducting the republican referendum.
3. Publish this resolution on the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan's internet platform.
