In accordance with Articles 14, 33 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Rules for the Issuance and Registration of Absentee Voting Certificates, approved by the Resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 8, 2009 No. 161/306, based on the minutes of the meeting of the Regional Election Commission No. 106 dated August 22, 2024, the Kyzylorda Regional Election Commission DECIDES:
1. To produce absentee voting certificates for the right to vote during the elections of akims of rural districts of the Kyzylorda region, scheduled for September 15, 2024, in the amount of one percent of the total number of voters in the following rural districts in accordance with the Unified Electronic Register of Citizens-Voters of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the amount of:
1) 10 (ten) pieces for the Bugen rural district of the Aral district;
2) 4 (four) pieces for the rural district of Kosaman, Aral district;
3) 5 (five) pieces for the rural district of Tasaryk, Kazaly district.
2. Aral, Kazaly district election commissions to distribute and transfer absentee ballots to precinct election commissions no later than August 30, 2024.
3. This resolution is sent to the Aral, Kazaly district election commissions and posted on the website of the Kyzylorda regional election commission.
