In accordance with Articles 14, 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Rules for the Issuance and Registration of Absentee Voting Certificates, approved by the Resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 8, 2009 No. 161/306, based on the minutes of the meeting of the Regional Election Commission No. 106 dated August 22, 2024, the Kyzylorda Regional Election Commission DECIDES:
1. To establish the number of absentee voting certificates for the right to vote during the elections of the Akim of the Shieli District, scheduled for September 15, 2024, is 507 (five hundred seven) pieces, amounting to one percent of the total number of voters in the Shieli District in accordance with the Unified Electronic Register of Citizens-Voters of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To designate the printing house of the individual entrepreneur "Kyzylorda Kanagaty" located in the city of Kyzylorda for the production of absentee ballots for the right to vote.
3. The Shieli District Electoral Commission shall distribute and transfer absentee ballots to precinct election commissions no later than August 30, 2024.
4. This resolution shall be sent to the Shieli Electoral Commission, the individual entrepreneur "Kyzylorda Kanagaty" and posted on the website of the Kyzylorda Regional Electoral Commission.
