On the release from duties of member of the Syrdarya district election commission Zhanibekov B.S.
In accordance with subparagraph 3) of part 2 of paragraph 6 of Article 19 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and based on the minutes of the meeting of the Kyzylorda Regional Election Commission No. 103 dated August 13, 2024, the Kyzylorda Regional Election Commission DECIDES:
1. To relieve Berik Syezdovich Zhanibekov of his duties as a member of the Syrdarya District Election Commission in connection with his departure for permanent residence outside the Syrdarya District.
2. To send this resolution to the maslikhat of the Syrdarya District and the Syrdarya District Election Commission and to post it on the website of the Kyzylorda Regional Election Commission.
