In accordance with Articles 14, 28, 33 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Kyzylorda Regional Election Commission MAKES THE FOLLOWING DECISIONS:
1. To establish the following amounts of expenses of a candidate for akim of the Shieli district, covered from the local budget:
1) speaking with a program on television, on the radio and publishing 2 articles in periodicals or online publications – KZT 256,000 (two hundred fifty-six thousand);
2) holding public pre-election events and publishing campaign materials – KZT 114,000 (one hundred fourteen thousand);
3) transportation costs – KZT 50,000 (fifty thousand).
2. This resolution is sent to the Shieli District Election Commission.
3. The Shieli District Electoral Commission shall bring this resolution to the attention of registered candidates for akims of the district.
4. Post this resolution on the website of the Kyzylorda Regional Electoral Commission.
