In accordance with Article 14-, 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the election of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, for issuing and recording absentee voter certificates, approved by the Central Election Commission's resolution No.161/306 of April 8, 2009, and based on the protocol No.95 of the Kyzylorda regional election commission on July 22, 2024, the Kyzylorda regional election commission has made the following decisions:
1. To create 25 absentee ballots for the upcoming elections of the akim of the Irkol rural district of the Shieli district on August 11, 2024.
2. The Shieli district election commission must distribute and deliver these absentee ballots to the precinct election commissions by July 26, 2024.
3. This resolution will be forwarded to the Shieli district election commission and published on the regional election commission's website.
