In accordance with the Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Local Government Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, decree of the Minister of the national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 20, 2015 No.235 “On approval of the standard rules for improvement of territories of the cities and rural settlements and Rules of provision of public services “Issue of permission for cutting trees” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts for No.10 886) Kyzylorda regional maslikhat MAKES FOLLOWING DECISION:
1. Approval of the enclosed regulations for enhancing the landscapes of cities and settlements in the Kyzylorda region.
2. This decision will come into effect ten calendar days after its initial official publication.
