In accordance with the Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Local Government Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, with the decree by Minister of ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 23, 2023 No.62 “On approval of rules of creation, content and protection of green plantings of settlements of the Kyzylorda region”, Kyzylorda regional maslikhat MAKES THE FOLLOWING DECISION:
1. To approve the attached rules for the creation, maintenance, and protection of green spaces in settlements of the Kyzylorda region.
2. This resolution comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
