Akimat of the Kyzylorda region MAKES THE FOLLOWING DECISION:
1.Introduce the following changes to the resolution of the Akimat of the Kyzylorda region dated June 15, 2016 No. 489 “On determining the list of positions of specialists in the field of culture who are civil servants and working in rural areas” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 5557):
the title of the said resolution should be stated as follows:
“On determining the list of positions of specialists in the fields of culture, archival affairs and documentation support of management, who are civil servants and working in rural areas”;
paragraph1 of the said resolution should be stated as follows:
1.Determine the list of positions of specialists in the fields of culture, archival affairs and documentation support of management, who are civil servants and work in rural areas, in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.”;
the appendix to the said resolution shall be amended in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.
2. Entrust control over the implementation of this resolution to the responsible deputy akim of the Kyzylorda region.
3. This resolution comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
