In accordance with the subparagraphs 1) and 6) of paragraphs 1 and 3, of the articles 113-13 and 113-14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” Central Election Commission MAKES THE FOLLLOWING DECISION:
1. Establish the attached form:
1) a signature sheet for collecting voters' signatures in support of recall of a deputy elected in a single-mandate territorial constituency (annex 1);
2) others electoral documents: application for recall of a deputy elected in a single-mandate territorial constituency;
protocol for registering an application for the recall of a deputy elected in a single-mandate territorial electoral district (Appendix 3);
certificate of a member of the initiative group of citizens for the recall of a deputy elected in a single-mandate territorial electoral district (Appendix 3-1);
protocol on the results of verification of signatures in support of the recall of a deputy (Appendix 4);
decision to hold a vote (Appendix 5).
2. Send this resolution to regional, cities of republican significance and the capital of the Republic election commissions for guidance.
3.Publish this resolution on the Internet resource of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This resolution comes into force from the date of signing.
