About submitting for examination of draft decision of Kyzylorda regional maslikhat “About modification of the decision of Kyzylorda regional maslikhat on December 13, 2023 No.63 “On the regional budget for 2024-2026”
In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 106 of Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, subparagraph 1-2) of paragraph 1 Article 27 of Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Local Government Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, akimat of the Kyzylorda region DECIDES:
1. Submit for consideration of the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat a draft decision “About modification of the decision of Kyzylorda regional maslikhat on December 13, 2023 No. 63 “On the regional budget for 2024-2026” in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.
2. Entrust control over the implementation of this resolution for the first deputy akim of the Kyzylorda region Zhanalinov D.E.
3. This resolution comes into force from the date of signing.
