About modification of the resolution of Kyzylorda regional akimat on December 29, 2023 No.235 “On the establishment of quotas in social sphere of the Kyzylorda region for 2024”
In accordance with Article 37 of Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda regional akimat DECIDES:
1. Make following changes to the resolution of Kyzylorda regional akimat on December 29, 2023 No. 235 “On the establishment of quotas in social sphere of the Kyzylorda region for 2024”:
annexes 1, 2, 3, and 4 to this regulation have been rewritten to accommodate annex 1, 2, 3, and 4 in the said regulation.
2. Municipal state institution “Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Kyzylorda region” in accordance with the legislation should take measures, following from this resolution.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the first deputy akim of the Kyzylorda region, Zhanalinov D.E.
4. This resolution comes into force from the date of its first official publication.
