On approval of rules for improvement of territories of cities and towns of the Kyzylorda region
In accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Local Government Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, and the decree of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 20, 2015, No. 235, “On approval of the standard rules for the improvement of the territories of cities and settlements and the rules for the provision of the state service “Issue of permission to cut down trees” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 10886), the Kyzylorda Regional Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Approve the rules attached for enhancing the territories of cities and towns in the Kyzylorda region.
2. This decision will take effect ten calendar days after its initial official publication.
