On the release of duties of a member
of the territorial election commission
of Kyzylorda Bodanov Y.T.
In accordance with subparagraph 6) part 2 of paragraph 6, article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995, “On the election in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, and on the basis of Kyzylorda regional territorial election commission protocol No.71 dated May 6, 2024, Kyzylorda regional territorial election commission DECIDES:
1. To release Bodanov Yerlan Tenizbayevich of his duties as a member of the territorial election commission of the Kyzylorda city.
2. This resolution is intended for transmission to the maslikhat and territorial election commission of Kyzylorda city, and for publication on the website of the territorial election commission of Kyzylorda region.
