On the implementation of the budget of the Kyzylorda region as at March 1, 2023
Kyzylorda region budget as at March 1, 2023 was implemented with the entry by 104.4% to forecast current period (with a plan worth KZT 78823.9 million, budget received income worth KZT 82260.7 million) and also our own budget revenues was implemented by 129.7% (with a plan worth KZT 11329.9 million, received income worth KZT 14694,3 million), re-received KZT 3436.8 million.
Transfers from the republican budget were received in the amount of KZT 66074.4 million (100%), including subventions – KZT 64221.1 million (100%), targeted transfers for development – KZT 1853.3 million (100%).
As of March 1, 2023, the budget of the Kyzylorda region was executed at 99.5% of the forecast for the current period (at the plan of KZT 63504.9 million, the execution was KZT 63178.1 million).
KZT 326.8 million was not utilized. From them, the planned expenditures were executed in districts and in the city of Kyzylorda:
Aral district for 99.2% (was not utilized KZT 10.4 million),
Kazaly district for 99.5% (was not utilized KZT 4.4 million),
Karmakshy district for 100% (was not utilized KZT 0.5 million),
Zhalagash district for 99% (was not utilized KZT 10.0 million),
Syrdarya district for 99.4% (was not utilized KZT 6.3 million),
Shieli district for 99.7% (was not utilized KZT 3.0 million),
Zhanakorgan district for 99.8% (was not utilized KZT 2.9 million),
In the city of Kyzylorda for 98% (was not utilized KZT 98.1 million).
According to the administrators of the regional budget programs, the budget execution was 99.6%, KZT 191.2 million was underutilized.
The funds of the republican budget were spent in the amount of KZT 3,046.2 million with the plan of KZT 3,115.3 million or 97.8%, underutilized on targeted transfers for development KZT 69.1 million.
Local budget funds were spent by 99.6%, the amount of underdevelopment amounted to KZT 257.7 million.
