Territorial election commission of the Kyzylorda region
On amendments and in addition to the decree of the Kyzylorda regional election commission No.OSC-193/444 from December 29, 2022 “About education of territorial constituencies on elections of deputies of the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat”.
In accordance with Articles 14,22 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, guided by the decision of akim of the city of Kyzylorda from July 21, 2023 No.9 and from February 9, 2024 No.4 “About modification of the decision of akim of the city of Kyzylorda from September 23, 2021 No.18 “About education of polling stations” and protocol of territorial election commission of the Kyzylorda region No.15 from February 9, 2024, the territorial election commission of the Kyzylorda region DECIDES:
1. To amend the annex to the decree of territorial election commission of the Kyzylorda region No.OSC-193/444 from December 29, 2022 “About education of territorial constituencies on elections of deputies of the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat” the following amendments and supplements:
1) Exclude polling station No.187 from the boundaries of constituency No.12 and polling stations No.214, 241 from the boundaries of constituency No.15.
2)Supplement the boundaries of constituency No.11 with polling station No. 384, the boundaries of constituency No.12 with polling station No.387, the boundaries of constituency No.14 with polling station No.380, the boundaries of constituency No.15 with polling station No.383, the boundaries of constituency No.16 with polling stations No.187, 379, 381, 385,386.
2.To transmit this decision to the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat, to the appropriate district election commissions, and to place it on the website of the territorial election commission of the Kyzylorda region.
