In accordance with subparagraph 5-14) paragraph 2 of article 10 of Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On protection, reproduction and use of wildlife” by the Decree of Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan from May 24, 2022 No.180 “On approval of subsidy amounts of increasing productivity and product quality of aquaculture (fish farming) (registered in the Register of State Registration of normative legal acts for No.28188) akimat of Kyzylorda region DECIDES:
1) To approve the subsidies that will be provided to enhance the productivity and quality of aquaculture products (fish farming) in 2024 as per the annex to present regulation.
2) The control over the execution of this resolution to entrust to the supervising deputy akim of the Kyzylorda region.
3) This regulation shall enter into force ten calendar days after its first official publication.
