In accordance with article 27 of Low of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On legal acts” Kyzylorda regional maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Decision of Kyzylorda regional maslikhat from July 14, 2017 No.134 “On approval of regulation of migratory processes in the Kyzylorda region” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts for No.5942) is repealed.
2. This regulation shall enter into force ten calendar days after its first official publication.
