In accordance with subparagraph 1) of paragraph 3 and paragraph 4 of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On local government administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan” on the basis of order of the Kyzylorda regional akim “About Ongarbaev A.S” from January 22, 2024 No.24 territorial election commission of the Kyzylorda region DECIDES:
1. To establish that in connection with the appointment to a position, the occupation of which is incompatible with the performance of deputy duties, a reason was appeared that entails the early termination of the powers of the deputy of the maslikhat of the Kyzylorda region of the eighth convocation in electoral district No.15 for the election of the deputy of the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat Ongarbayev Amanzhol Sakypuly.
2. To make a submission of early termination of powers of the deputy of the maslikhat of the Kyzylorda region Ongarbayev Amanzhol Sakypuly in the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat.
3. To place this resolution on the website of the territorial election commission of Kyzylorda region.
