In accordance with the article 27 of Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On local government administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, decree by the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan from March 30, 2020 No.107 “On approval of rules subsidization to increase the yield and quality of crop production products “(registered in the Register of State Registration of normative legal acts for No. 20 209) akimat of the Kyzylorda region DECIDES:
1. To approve the budget amounts to subsidize the development of seed production in the Kyzylorda region for 2024, according to the annex to this decision.
2. To entrust control over the implementation of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the Kyzylorda region.
3. This regulation shall enter into force ten calendar days after its first official publication.
