In accordance with Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On State Regulation of the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex and Rural Territories” and the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 107 “On Approval of the Rules for Subsidizing the Increase in Yields and Quality of Crop Products” registration of normative legal acts under No. 20209) the akimat of the Kyzylorda region DECIDES:
Approve the list of priority crops and subsidy norms for subsidizing the development of production of priority crops in 2023 in Kyzylorda region in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
Control over the execution of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of Kyzylorda region.
This Resolution shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
