In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 106 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 1-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of the Kyzylorda region DECIDES:
Submit for consideration by the Kyzylorda Regional Maslikhat a draft decision “On Amendments to the Decision of the Kyzylorda Regional Maslikhat dated December 13, 2022 No. 153 “On the Regional Budget for 2023-2025” in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
The control over the execution of this resolution shall be assigned to the deputy akim of Kyzylorda region Saktaganov N.A.
This Resolution shall enter into force from the date of signing.
