Kyzylorda regional maslikhat DECIDED:
Include in the decision of the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat No. 334
dated July 17, 2019 "On approval of the rules for general water use in the Kyzylorda region" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 6851, published on July 25, 2019 in the regional newspapers "Syr Boyi" and "Kyzylorda Vesti",
July 30, 2019 in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes and additions:
in the rules of general water use in Kyzylorda region, approved by the said decision:
Paragraph 11 shall be amended as follows:
"eleven. In order to protect the life and health of citizens, taking into account the peculiarities of regional conditions, the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat determines by the rules of general water use places where bathing, water intake for drinking and domestic needs, watering of livestock, riding on small boats and other floating facilities on water bodies are not carried out located on the territory of the region.
Supplement with paragraphs 11-1, 11-2 as follows:
"11-1 In order to protect the life and health of citizens, places where swimming in water bodies is prohibited located on the territory of the Kyzylorda region are established in the appendix to these Rules.";
“11-2. On dangerous and non-equipped for recreation and swimming areas of reservoirs, local executive bodies install prohibition and warning safety signs on reservoirs, in accordance with the requirements of the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated
January 19, 2015 No. 34 “On Approval of the Safety Rules for Reservoirs” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 10335).
It is forbidden to swim in dangerous, unequipped and undesignated for recreation and swimming areas of reservoirs located on the territory of the Kyzyloda region.
The rules for general water use in Kyzylorda region shall be supplemented with an annex in accordance with the annex to this decision.
This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of the first official publication.
