In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On education", the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 12, 2012 No. 320 "On approval of the amounts, sources, types and Rules for the provision of social assistance citizens who receive social assistance”, by order of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 31, 2022 No. 385 “On approval of the Model rules for the activities of organizations of preschool, primary, basic secondary, general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary education, specialized, special, educational organizations for orphans and children left without parental care, organizations of additional education for children and adults "(registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 29329) Kyzylorda Region Akimat DECIDES:
1.Fully compensate for the cost of meals for pupils in state preschool organizations and in private preschool organizations with the placed state educational order of the Kyzylorda region for preschool education and training for the following categories of pupils:
- for orphans and children left without parental care;
- for children with developmental disabilities;
- for children from large families who were awarded the Golden Necklace and Silver Necklace orders, as well as those awarded the Maternal Glory orders of the 1st and 2nd degree;
- for children from families entitled to receive targeted social assistance;
- for children from families whose parents are I and II group disabled;
- for children from families whose members died in the performance of state or public duties, military service, while saving a person's life, while protecting law and order.
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution
to the supervising deputy akim of Kyzylorda region.
3. This Resolution shall enter into force upon expiration of ten calendar days after the day of the first official publication.
