On approval of the list of subsidized pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) and the norm of subsidies for 1 liter (kilogram, gram, pieces) of pesticides, bioagents (entomophages), as well as the volume of budgetary funds for subsidizing pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) in Kyzylorda region for 2023

In accordance with subparagraph 18) of paragraph 2 of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On state regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas", by order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 107 "On approval of the Rules for subsidizing the increase in yield and quality of crop production" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 20209) Akimat of Kyzylorda region DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1) a list of subsidized pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) and subsidy rates per 1 liter (kilogram, gram, pieces) of pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) in the Kyzylorda region for 2023, in accordance with Appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) the amount of budget funds for subsidizing pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) in  Kyzylorda region for 2023, in accordance with Appendix 2 to this resolution.

2. To impose control over the execution of this resolution on the supervising deputy akim of Kyzylorda region.
3. This Resolution shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
