In accordance with subparagraph 2) of Article 14 of the Forest Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2003, paragraph 1 of Article 587 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget" (Tax Code) of December 25, 2017, paragraph 5 of Article 6 of the Law Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by order of the Acting Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Approval of the Methodological Guidelines for Calculating Fee Rates for Forest Use on the State Forest Fund Plots” dated September 13, 2018 No. 383 Kyzylorda regional maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Approve the attached rates of payment for forest use in the areas of the state forest fund (with the exception of rates for standing timber) of the Kyzylorda region in accordance with the annex to this decision.
2. This decision shall enter into force from the date of signing.
