In accordance with subparagraph 19) of paragraph 2 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", the order of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 31, 2022 No. 385 "On approval of the Model rules for the activities of organizations of preschool, primary, basic secondary, general secondary, technical and vocational , post-secondary education, specialized, special, educational organizations for orphans and children left without parental care, organizations of additional education for children and adults "(registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 29329) the akimat of the Kyzylorda region DECIDES:
1. Fully compensate for the cost of food for pupils from socially vulnerable families who are entitled to receive targeted social assistance in state preschool organizations, private preschool organizations with a placed state educational order.
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution
to the supervising deputy akim of the Kyzylorda region.
3. This Resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of the first official publication.
