In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan
"On legal acts" Kyzylorda regional maslikhat DECIDED:
To recognize as invalid the following decisions of the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat in accordance with the annex to this decision:
1) 1) the decision of the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat dated September 16, 2015 No. 301 "On approval of the rates of payment for forest use on the plots of the state forest fund" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 5193);
2) the decision of the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat of July 14, 2017
No. 133 “On Amendments to the Decision of the Kyzylorda Regional Maslikhat dated September 16, 2015 No. 301 “On Approval of Fee Rates for Forest Use in the State Forest Fund Plots” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 5919).
This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
