On approval of the volume of subsidies to increase the productivity and quality of aquaculture (fish farming) products for 2023

In accordance with subparagraph 5-14) of paragraph 2 of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Protection, Reproduction and Use of Wildlife”, Order of the Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 24, 2022 No. 180 “On Approval of the Rules for Subsidizing Increased Productivity and the quality of aquaculture products (fish farming), as well as the development of breeding fish farming ”(registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 28188) the Akimat of Kyzylorda region DECIDES:

  1. Approve the volumes of subsidies for increasing productivity

and quality of aquaculture products (fish farming) for 2023 in accordance with the annex to this resolution.

  1. The municipal state institution "Department of Natural Resources and Regulation of Environmental Management of Kyzylorda region" in accordance with the established legislative procedure, take measures arising from this resolution.
  2. To impose control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of Kyzylorda region.
  3. This Resolution shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
