In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On legal acts", the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To invalidate the decision of the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat dated October 16, 2019 under No. 365 “On approval of the Rules for burial and organization of the care of graves in Kyzylorda region” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 6938).
2.This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
