On recognizing as lost the decision of the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat dated April 15, 2022 No. 96 “On amending the decision of the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat dated October 16, 2019 No. 365 “On approval of the Rules for burial and organization of the case for the care of graves in Kyzylorda region”

In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On legal acts", the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat DECIDED:

  1. To recognize as lost the decision of the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat dated April 15, 2022 No. 96 “On amending the decision of the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat dated October 16, 2019 No. 365 “On approval of the Rules for burial and organizing the care of graves in the Kyzylorda region”.
  2.  2.  This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
