In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 107 "On Approval of the Rules for Subsidizing Increasing Yields and Quality of Crop Products" (registered in the Register of State registration of regulatory legal acts No. 20209) Akimat of Kyzylorda region
DECIDES:
- Approve the volume of budgetary funds to subsidize the development of seed production for 2023 in Kyzylorda region in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
- The municipal state institution "Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of Kyzylorda Region" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure the state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of Kyzylorda Region.
- Control over the execution of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of Kyzylorda region.
- This Resolution shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
