On approval of the list of subsidized types of fertilizers (excluding organic) and the rate of subsidies for 1 ton (liter, kilogram) of fertilizers purchased from the seller of fertilizers, as well as the volume of budgetary funds for subsidizing fertilizers (excluding organic) in Kyzylorda region for 2023

In accordance with subparagraph 18) of paragraph 2 of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Regulation of the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex and Rural Territories", Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 107 "On Approval of the Rules for Subsidizing Increasing Yields and Quality of Crop Products" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 20209) Akimat of Kyzylorda region
DECIDES:

  1. Approve:

1) a list of subsidized types of fertilizers (with the exception of organic) and the norms of subsidies for 1 ton (liter, kilogram) of fertilizers purchased from a fertilizer seller in Kyzylorda region for 2023, in accordance with Appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) the volume of budgetary funds for subsidizing fertilizers (with the exception of organic fertilizers) in Kyzylorda region for 2023, in accordance with Appendix 2 to this resolution.

  1. 2. The municipal state institution "Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the Kyzylorda Region" in the manner prescribed by law, ensure the state registration of this resolution with the Department of Justice of the Kyzylorda Region.
  2. 3. Entrust control over the implementation of this resolution
    to the supervising deputy akim of the Kyzylorda region.
  3. 4. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of
    ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
