In accordance with subparagraph 16-10) of Article 12 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. To approve the attached Rules for the Accreditation of Public Associations and Non-Commercial Organizations whose statutory activities include the implementation of election observation activities.
2. The legal department of the apparatus of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure the state registration of this resolution with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This resolution enters into force on January 7, 2023 and is subject to official publication.
