In accordance with paragraphs 1 and 4 of article 121 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and paragraph 1 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the main pipeline", the akimat of Kyzylorda region DECIDES:

Define:
1) the boundaries of the security zones of the territory of automated gas distribution stations, the gas pipeline branch from the main gas pipeline "Beineu-Shymkent" to the automated gas distribution station in accordance with Appendix 1 to this Resolution;
2) the mode of land use in the security zones of automated gas distribution stations, the gas pipeline branch from the main gas pipeline "Beineu-Shymkent" to the automated gas distribution station in accordance with Appendix 2 to this resolution.
- Approve the act of the amount of losses of agricultural production of which buffer zones are established, for needs not related to agriculture in accordance with Appendix 3 to this resolution.
- The municipal state institution "Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of Kyzylorda region" shall ensure by the joint-stock company "KazTransGas Aimak" compensation for the corresponding losses in agricultural production, caused by which buffer zones are established, for needs not related to agriculture, within six months from the date of adoption of this resolution compensation for losses in agricultural production).
- Municipal state institution "Department of agriculture and land relations of Kyzylorda region", akimats of the city of Kyzylorda, Aral, Kazaly, Syrdarya, Shieli and Zhanakorgan districts to take measures arising from this resolution.
- Control over the execution of this resolution shall be entrusted to the first deputy akim of Kyzylorda region Kozhaniyazov S.S..
- This Resolution shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of the first official publication.
