On subsidizing the development of livestock breeding, increasing the productivity and quality of livestock products for 2023

In accordance with the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 2019 No. 108 “On approval of the Rules for subsidizing the development of livestock breeding, increasing the productivity and quality of livestock products” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 18404), the Akimat of the Kyzylorda region DECIDES:

1. Approve:

   1) the volume of subsidies in the areas of subsidies for the development of livestock breeding, increasing the productivity and quality of livestock products for 2023, in accordance with Appendix 1 to this resolution;

   2) the volume of subsidies in the areas of subsidies for the development of livestock breeding, increasing the productivity and quality of livestock products for applications received on the reserve (waiting list) in 2022, in accordance with Appendix 2 to this resolution;

   3) subsidy standards, criteria for recipients of subsidies and deadlines for applying for subsidies to reduce the cost of feed costs for breeding stock of farm animals for 2023, in accordance with Appendix 3 to this resolution.

2. The municipal state institution "Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of Kyzylorda Region" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure the state registration of this resolution with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Control over the execution of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the Kyzylorda region.
   This Resolution shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
