On the invalidation of some resolutions of the akimat of Kyzylorda region

In accordance with paragraph 3 of article 65 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On legal acts", the akimat of Kyzylorda region DECIDES:

  1. To recognize as invalid the following resolutions of the Akimat of Kyzylorda region:

1) resolution of the akimat of Kyzylorda region of September 9,2019 No. 56 "On approval of the Rules for the implementation of price stabilization mechanisms for socially significant food products in the Kyzylorda region" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under the number 6914);

2) Decree of the Akimat of Kyzylorda region dated July 24, 2020 No. 72 “On amendments and additions to the resolution of the Akimat of the Kyzylorda region dated September 9, 2019 No. 56 “On approval of the Rules for the implementation of mechanisms for stabilizing prices for socially significant food products in  Kyzylorda region” (registered in the Register state registration of normative legal acts under the number 7567).

  1. To impose control over the execution of this resolution on the first deputy akim of Kyzylorda region.
  2. This Resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
