In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 106 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 1-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of the Kyzylorda region DECIDES:
- Submit for consideration by the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat a draft decision “On amendments to the decision of the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat dated December 13, 2021 No. 72 “On the regional budget
for 2022-2024" in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
- The control over the execution of this resolution shall be assigned to the deputy akim of the Kyzylorda region Saktaganov N.A.
- This Resolution shall enter into force from the date of signing.
