Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 12, 2021 No. 727.
In accordance with paragraph 85 of the State Planning System in the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 29, 2017 No. 790, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan
DECIDES:
1. Approve the attached national project "Technological breakthrough through digitalization, science and innovation" (hereinafter - the national project).
2. Central, local executive bodies, state bodies directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (according to
agreement), and other organizations (as agreed) responsible for the implementation of the national project:
1) take measures to implement the national project;
2) provide information on the progress of the implementation of the national project in the manner and terms established by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 29, 2017 No. 790 "On approval of the State Planning System in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
3. Akims of regions, cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, provide funding for the activities of the national project provided for at the expense of local budgets.
4. To impose control over the execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This Resolution shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
