Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2015 No. 153.
In order to increase the requirements for the moral character and business qualities of civil servants, I DECIDE:
Approve attached:
1) Code of Ethics for civil servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) Regulations on the Commissioner for Ethics.

Recognize as invalid some decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the annex to this Decree.
This Decree comes into force on January 1, 2016 and is subject to official publication.
