Local executive bodies of Zhanakorgan district for the second quarter of 2022, in accordance with the register of public services, provided a total of 14024 services for 63 types of public services. Including:
1353 services were rendered through state bodies;
through a state corporation - 672 services;
and in electronic format – 11,999 services.
In the form of public services for the second quarter of 2022, 9.2% of all services rendered were received directly through a government agency, 4.8% - through a state corporation and 86% - in electronic form.
In accordance with the action plan for internal control over the quality of public services for 2022, a total of 5 local executive bodies were checked for 6 months.
According to the results of the audit, a disciplinary penalty in the form of a "warning" was applied to one specialist responsible for the civil service. A number of proposals were also developed to popularize the receipt of electronic services and the adaptation of the population to remote services.
According to the results of 6 months of the current year, no violations of the deadlines for the provision of public services were revealed.
To date, there have been no complaints about violations on the part of service recipients.
