In 2022, 4954 documents were entered into the Office of the akim of the district, outgoing letters were compiled for 2471. In addition, 137 resolutions of the akimat of the district, 2 decisions and 164 orders of the akim and 23 orders of the chief of staff were adopted, the entire document flow amounted to 7751.
On the part of the department of documentation support, control and accounting of the district akim's office, timely execution of control documents is under daily control.
Of the 4,954 documents received from the akim's office, departments and other institutions, 2010 documents were taken under control, of which 1,830 received timely responses, 162 letters received overdue responses and 18 letters have a deadline.
