On the appeals of individuals and legal entities
According to the results of the analysis of appeals of individuals and legal entities following the results of the second quarter of 2022, the office of the akim of Zhanakorgan district received only 435 appeals during the reporting period, of which 361 were from individuals and 74 from legal entities.
Of the 435 received appeals from individuals and legal entities, 138 received responses to the requirements of the law on time, 290 were sent to the competent authorities for consideration in accordance with the requirements of the law. In the reporting period, the remaining 7 requests have a deadline for execution.

During the reporting period, according to the results of the II quarter of 2022, 293 letters with the note "For official use" were received in the office of the akim of the district, of which the incoming letter was 229, the outgoing letter was 64 and sent by special communication to the relevant institutions. Of the 229 letters that had income in the institution, 110 were answered on time, 49 were sent to work on the management, and the remaining 70 letters have a deadline.
